The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) held from 20th to 24th May 2025 at Vedanta PG Girls College, Reengus, in collaboration with MUJTEC, Manipal University Jaipur, offered a comprehensive learning experience for faculty members across disciplines. The program featured expert sessions by senior academicians and professional trainers, focusing on modern pedagogical approaches such as experiential learning, blended teaching, and outcome-based education. Participants engaged in hands-on training with digital tools and participated in interactive workshops addressing real classroom challenges. A key focus of the FDP was to align teaching strategies with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The event fostered a collaborative learning environment, encouraging knowledge exchange among educators and enhancing skills in curriculum planning, communication, and student engagement.
