Teej Queen Contest 2025 Celebrated with Grandeur at Vedanta PG Girls College

Reengus, July 18, 2025:
Vedanta PG Girls College, Reengus, turned into a hub of colors, culture, and celebration during the much-awaited Teej Queen Contest – 2025, organized by the Vedanta Vocational Training Centre. The event aimed to celebrate the traditional festival of Teej while promoting student creativity, confidence, and cultural expression.

The celebration was graced by Mrs. Sushma Kharra, President of Rajasthan Yuwa Sangathan, and Ms. Aishwarya Kumawat, renowned as Ms. Nagaur and Ms. Womaniya. Their presence inspired the participants and added a prestigious touch to the program.

The competition featured four exciting rounds, including Self-Introduction, Cultural Presentation (highlighting traditional attire, mehandi art, and jewellery), a Fun Activity (ball in the bucket), and an engaging Questionnaire Round to evaluate intellect and personality.

After a graceful and enthusiastic performance by the participants, the results were declared:

  • Teej Queen 2025: Ms. Tanisha Shekhawat

  • 1st Runner-up: Ms. Gunjan Kumawat

  • 2nd Runner-up: Ms. Anjali Kumawat

In addition to the main titles, participants were awarded in various special categories such as Best Dress-Up, Best Mehandi, Best Jewellery, and Best Overall Appearance, with exciting gift hampers to honor their efforts.

The event also featured decorated selfie points, cultural performances by students, thematic stalls, and a festive cake-cutting ceremony, creating an atmosphere of celebration and joy throughout the campus.

Principal and faculty members appreciated the enthusiastic participation and applauded the organizing committee for making the event a grand success. The Teej Queen Contest 2025 not only celebrated tradition but also provided a vibrant platform for students to showcase their inner strength and outer grace.
