Vedanta PG Girls College, Reengus, successfully conducted a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Teaching-Learning Pedagogy from 20th to 24th May 2025.

Vedanta PG Girls College, Reengus, in collaboration with MUJTEC (Manipal University Jaipur Training and Education Centre), successfully organized a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Teaching-Learning Pedagogy from 20th to 24th May 2025. The programme aimed to enhance the teaching skills, classroom practices, and pedagogical understanding of faculty members in alignment with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The FDP was inaugurated with a welcome address by the college principal, followed by insightful sessions from distinguished speakers including Dr. Vijay Laxmi, Director, MUJTEC; Dr. Aanyaa Choudhary, Assistant Director, MUJTEC; and Dr. Suddhendu Das Mahapatra, Assistant Director, MUJTEC, Manipal University Jaipur. These sessions emphasized the importance of innovation in pedagogy, the use of digital tools, and learner-centric approaches in higher education. Throughout the five days, faculty participants engaged in interactive lectures, hands-on training, workshops, and group activities focused on outcome-based education, experiential and blended learning, digital classroom strategies, and curriculum planning. The programme fostered a collaborative and reflective learning environment, encouraging faculty to share best practices and improve classroom engagement. On the final day, a valedictory session was held where participants shared their feedback and expressed their appreciation for the content and delivery of the sessions. E-certificates were awarded to all participants. Organized under the guidance of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), this FDP stands as a testament to Vedanta PG Girls College’s commitment to academic excellence and continuous faculty development.
